Why the family unit is important?

I have seen the Big and small families and lose individuals,there is a big difference.Firstly,let's see
who makes the good family.Anyone who comes for the mutual benefit of the family should have the following characteristics:
1.Understanding the family members.
2.Mutuak interest.
3.Love.
4.Tolerance.
5.Happiness and Joy.
6.Unity.
7.Helping each other.
8.Appreciating one another.
9.Uplifting each  other.
10.Sharing

1.Understanding each other 
The  basis of two people who understand each other is critical important.Before the two partners 
come together must have  a satisfactory understanding of each other.

2.Mutual Interests
Mutual Interests will be the common interests or
participation in the family activities.Each family is got groups for instance there  Outgoers  who must come together.

3.Love
Love is the "cement" of all the actions.
It is from within, voluntary,free and sometimes it's blind.

4.Tolerance
There's no perfect human being.
Tolerance means be accommodative,well there are mistakes which can be tolerated.The intolerance  is caused by  accumulating mistakes 
and done purposefully or carelessly.

5.Happiness and Joy
Happiness means good life which may result to  more health,good mood,easiness.

6.Unity
The family should stay  always in true unity not
In false unity.True unity includes
-Not engaging criminal activities in or out of the family.
-Not engaging in lies.
-To be open.
-Not to be in revenge or sweet avenge.

7.False Unity
It is an opposite of True unity
It will include:
-Closeness
-Have underground sabotage.
-Creating "enemies" within the family.
-To family division.
-Causing quarells
Some outsiders will see a united family but ironically they are divided.

8.Helping each other
It is true that we don't have the same IQ,the same 
with our achivement.We are not perfect.A family 
may lack
1.Finance or Poor financial spending.
2.Jobs or keep on changing jobs.
3.Not happily married 
4.Internal Family Violence or Disputes 
5.Generational grudges.
The family gatherings may resolve or not resolve such differences.

9.Appreciating each other.
This is more than Money because it lasts longer.
It creates a great foundation of love.

10.Uplifting  one another 
Find the skills which each member.
Then combine the common functioning of those 
skills even if only two members coperate.Others
many follow to a certain point.

What is the Relevance of this information to your Job and your Business?
A Family is a "school"  of
-Obidience
-Unity
-Endurance
-Communication
-Cooperation
-Listening skills
-Visionary
-Accepting reality 
-Protocol observing

The above elements are forming the positive
initiatives at workstation or  at any job situation.
When there problems at work just search the family background.Bad family background at work or in a job situation usually results to
-Incomplete shift 
-Always reprimanded 
-Involved in dodgy situation in the business
-Causing conflicts 
-Divisive methods

In Business 
-Mean profits 
-Always in Debts 
-Slow production
-Not reliable products 
the the business will  fall and go back to the rowdy family.

Big Family

We all belong to a Big Family of humanbeings. 1.Like  it or not your relative are getting the Government Grants. 2.These are not the Government money,it belonged to us the Taxpayers.The food, cars, houses,roads we are paying some money which is called Tax. 3.So,there is no FREE money. 4.The subsidy is paid  by the Taxpayer.
